Common questions
Do I approve every trade manually?
No. After one-time live-trading setup, the bot executes automatically when strategy + gates pass. You can still stop the bot anytime with npm run bot:stop or disable live mode.
Is this paper trading?
Cryptrade supports dry-run mode for testing. In live mode it signs real Uniswap V2 swaps on Ethereum mainnet with your wallet.
Where does the AI run?
Locally via Ollama (crypto-expert-hermes). Your session memory and RAG knowledge stay on disk — not sent to a cloud LLM for every tick.
